What this site provides

Food Pradesh publishes information about food industry exhibitions held in India, compiled from organisers’ own websites, government and trade-body sources, and public directories. Every listing shows the status of that information and the date it was last checked.

Accuracy and your own checks

Exhibition dates, venues and organisers change. Food Pradesh makes a reasonable effort to keep records current and to state plainly when something is unconfirmed or disputed, but the information is provided on an “as is” basis with no guarantee of accuracy or completeness. Always confirm dates, venue and entry conditions with the organiser before booking travel, freight or stand space. Food Pradesh is not liable for costs arising from a cancelled, postponed, moved or incorrectly listed event.

Links to organiser websites, registration pages and third-party sources are provided for convenience. Food Pradesh does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability or the terms on which they admit visitors.

Trade-only events

Many listed exhibitions admit trade visitors only, and some operate hosted-buyer or invitation systems. Where this is known it is shown on the listing, but admission is always the organiser’s decision.

Use of this site

You may browse, link to and share these pages freely. Bulk copying of the database, automated scraping, or republishing listings as your own is not permitted. Exhibition names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective organisers.
