ITPO announced at the close of AAHAR 2026 that the next edition runs 2–6 March 2027 at Bharat Mandapam, as reported by trade press. The Italian Trade Agency (ICE), which is organising Italy’s national pavilion, gives the same dates in a notice dated 9 September 2026. ITPO had not opened a 2027 event page when we checked.
