What they have done
It accepts reports of misleading front-of-pack claims such as natural, healthy or high protein, with supporting photographs, sent to the relevant Food Safety Officer. FSSAI has made display of the app's QR code mandatory on every food business licence, so the reporting channel is meant to be present at the point of purchase.
